Payment Methods
For payments we accept the following methods:

Shipping
We ship worldwide with PosteItaliane. Please have a look to the Shipping section for costs indications.
We usually prepare for shipping within a week after payment. This timing doesn't include currier time. 90% of our orders are served within 5 working days.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Please note that, outside the European Union, Custom Duties and Local Taxes can be applied. Costs vary from Country to Country. The Purchaser is the unique responsible for Custom Duties and Local Taxes (i.e. VAT).
Custom Duties and Local Taxes, outside the European Union, are not included in the prices of goods you purchase online in our Store.
You will settle them locally.
Standard Return Policy & Exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
Reaven applies the European Law and the Italian law (D-Legs. 4th of November 2021 n 170) as far as return and exercise of right of withdrawal concerns in the European Union Countries. In the rest of the World the sales are final.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from .22Room:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from .22Room can be returned to .22Room.
- Product returned must be in original conditions without any sort of alteration.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the promotional items included in the shipping bag/box.
- Returns are at the Customer's expense.

We provide all information about sizes on our Instagram pages and on our site . Should you need a tip you can contact us on IG. As most of our collections very quickly are sold-out we cannot grant any size and/or color change.
